To The Girl Apologizing For Her Beauty

Stop.

There are many things that

one ought apologize for

such as mistakes…

But you are not one of those

You had no control over

your conception or complexion

The curvature of your spine

or strong jaw line

The freckles that give chase

along the softness of your

beautiful face.

They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder

I say let them behold God’s goodness

They say beauty is as beauty does

I say do well by remaining humble and kind

Oh and always keep this in mind…

Inner beauty far surpasses outer beauty

E v e r y time.
