Today is the first segment of “Word On The Street Is…” which are bite size notes of encouragement from me to you that you can snack on in between meals!

Dear Amazing,

Have I got news for you! Word on the street is, “We’re going to get through this!” This week was very tough for me. If it wasn’t one thing it was another! Even though I was dealing with my own stuff, I saw how hard you were being on yourself. Please don’t give up! We all face challenges that will strengthen us, if we don’t faint!

You are so much stronger than you think you are so remember no matter what it looks like, “We will get through this!”

Ok, I gotta go but we’ll talk real soon…
